Any lines, veins, lumps or bumps will be reproduced perfectly. Our Willy Kit Rapid Set Colour Changing Moulding Powder is totally safe to use and is made from alginate. It changes colour to let you know what stage you are at during the process and sets in just 3 minutes. Then the Rubber, which is a totally safe, is poured into your mould and a vibrator is inserted and allowed to set somewhere warm for 24 hours and then your replica is finished.
Q: My Moulding Powder set too quickly?
A: The usual problem is not using a thermometer and guessing the water temperature when mixing the powder which will result in it setting far too quickly because the water is far too warm. Always check the water temperature with a THERMOMETER.
If the water is cooler than the suggested temperature then the setting time will be longer than usual, which might be an advantage.
Q: How long is delivery in the UK?
A: Delivery is about 3 working days. Your order is posted in discreet plain packaging by Royal Mail. If you require this urgently please contact us for an additional cost.
Q: Do you Ship Internationally?
A: Sorry but we are unable to Ship Internationally at the moment to anywhere in the world due to the very high shipping costs involved. But we might well be shipping in the near future.

Q: Will the packaging of my Willy Kit be discreet?
A: Yes. We use discreet packaging with all our kits. There is no sign of what the contents are just a return address on the postage sticker that says our company details just incase the product gets returned. When we ship overseas again a custom declaration is required the contents will be labelled as “Novelty Moulding Materials”.
Q: How will my payment by Credit Card or Pay Pal appear on my statement?
A: Your payment will appear on your statement as “Direct Sales Limited”.
Q: How should I store my kit if it’s not used immediately?
A: Always store your Willy Kit upright and at a room temperature 5C – 27C (41F – 80F).
Q: Can I add more silicone mix to my mould once it has set?
A: Yes you can if you do require more. Once your mould has set you can add more rubber mix (rubber and hardener mixed together) to your mould and it will bond with the rubber mix already in your mould.
Q: What if my penis is pierced?
A: We recommend you remove any piercing before making the mould.
Q: What if my penis is bent?
A: It’s not a problem you can still make a replica dildo. The kit comes with extra instructions just incase your penis is bent.
Q: Do I need to shave my pubic hair when I make the mould?
A: No. The Kit comes with a Foam Release Pad which protects your hair from touching the mould. We do recommend a seal of petroleum jelly or baby oil between the foam and your erect willy and to remove any hairs that are not covered by the foam.

Q: What size will my finished rubber replica be?
A: Our standard Willy Kit produces a 6inch (15cm) rubber vibrating replica which is the normal size kit to purchase for most people.
The average penis length (erect) is from 5.1 inches to 5.7 inches (12.9 cm to 14.5 cm) and the average girth (circumference when erect) is from 3.5 inches to 3.9 inches (8.8 cm to 10 cm).
However, there are some people that are bigger than the average size erect penis!
Willy Kit comes with a standard 5 inch (13cm) vibrator but if you have a larger than average sized penis and are not sure what to order then we suggest that you order our 7inch (18cm) vibrator, extra Rubber & Hardner and extra Penis Moulding Powder.
You will not need a vibrator if you are just making a Dildo (non-vibrating) but you may require more Rubber & Hardener if you are bigger than the average size.

Q: How can I keep an erection when making the mould?
A: The best way is to get your partner to help you. If you do have a real problem maintaining an erection we recommend either a Cock Ring, Penis Pump or Man Power a Herbal Food Supplement, all are available on our site which will help keep your penis hard longer. Q: Do I have to wait until my penis gets ‘soft’ before I can remove it from the mould?
A: No. You can remove your penis once the mould has set as it is very flexible.
Q: What vibrator is used in the kit?
A: The kit comes with a 5 inch variable speed vibrator. The speed can be increased or decreased according to your mood for maximum pleasure! Q: Can Willy Kit be used as an Anal Sex Toy

Q: How can I make my Willy Kit tube round again.
